The diary shows average pace or average speed regarding which was active on your last workout of that type. 

To change Pace to speed and vice versa:
- Go to "start new workout" 
- Click "continue"
- There is your location, duration/time, distance, "SPEED/PACE". Click that "SPEED/PACE" and it changes.
-You can discard the workout

After that your voice feedback reports you that one, which is activated. 

We have set default options for all activity types based on the common preferences.
