"This week we're really challenging your core with some advanced movements. Try to perform the following:
- Do as many Dragonfly's as you can. Keep your whole body straight, while going down very slowly.
- Do 8-10 Oblique hold's per side using a rubber band. Hold it straight for 1-2 seconds.
- Try to do as many Windshield wiper's as you can while keeping your legs upright and straight to the sides.
These movements might be hard in the beginning but stick with it and you'll be improving in weeks!"
