These moves are familiar to all of us who have been in the gym. The key is to do them with good technique and form. Do 8-12 repetitions for 4-5 rounds. Try to add more weight each round. Once you have done the last set with as much weight as you can lift for 8-12 times, do 1 or 2 more sets with a little less weight.
